Proposing a blend of alternative folk, pop-rock, folk-rock, and americana, Zuma Records is the name of the musical project by an independent musician, songwriter, singer and producer Francisco Lehmann, although this name is often used to refer to him directly. Taking the inspiration from artists such as The Beatles, Donovan, Simon & Garfunkel, Neil Young, CSN, Johnny Cash, Cat Stevens (among many others) he pursues his own writing style by gradually fleshing out his unique sound while retaining an intimate and strong feel, with simple melodies, present harmonies and lyrics about people's stories and feelings. As a self-taught musician and multi-instrumentalist he records and produces his music to showcase in his YouTube channel, where he posts on a frequent basis and shares covers and collaborations with family and friends from all over the world, in addition to his original songs.
