Megan Kathleen Hilty (born March 29, 1981) is an American stage and television actress. She is most well known for her roles as Glinda in Wicked and Doralee Rhodes in 9 to 5: The Musical. She will also be starring in the new NBC television show Smash along side Katharine McPhee.
