Not that we were not aware of Stephan Barnem before, but 'Violent Disturbance' on Ellum back in 2015 made us fans for good, what a monster that was. After talking and meeting each other occasionally we finally found the right moment to reveal his first record for Siamese. 'Kaizen' has been a regular weapon in our sets since he shared it with us. A stomping powerful techno-ish kick meets a haunting melody and crisp drums. 'Everlasting Morning' on the contrary is a bit more tranquil although it builds great tension and continues to do so even after the drop. Both tracks feature insight in Stephan’s skills to produce effective but demanding dance music somewhere between house, electro and techno.
