Everything changes, but not immediately. Conditions, distances… Whether it is red sunset going below the horizon, or whether it is space satellite flight so far from the visible area. Only later changes impact can be observed. Most often it is achieved by little but daily work. This is the way how stars are forming and planets are moving. The difference is how much time does it need to see the tangible result.
