这张专辑在网上真的很难找到资料，搞不清来龙去脉。类似是一张回顾性质的专辑，估计当时只是极小范围内发行（官网都没有）其中的一些歌曲来自Maroon 5的前身Kara's Flowers，也有Maroon 5时期的一些歌曲，还有Live中截取的片段。 个人认为这样的音乐才是Maroon 5的精髓。简单的旋律，自由的哼唱，却能让人心醉其中。推荐Woman（非常的逍遥），You Ain't Ever Coming Back（即Songs About Jane中的Through With You，神曲），Rag Doll（曾出现在Songs About Jane Special Tour Edition中，很安静，悲伤），The Fog（Kara's Flowers早期的歌曲，这首的旋律和歌词朗朗上口），My Blue Ocean（Kara's Flowers专辑的主打歌），Highway To Hell (AC/DC Cover)（在1.22.03.Acoustic也出现过），This Love (ft. Kanye West) (Remix) （个人认为比原版好听）。 个人感叹：没有当初Kara's Flowers长时期的积淀哪来现在Maroon 5时期的辉煌！ 好不容易找到一点英语的见解附上 Great album. Difficult to find information on this recording.
