"99 Ways to Die" is a heavy metal song written by Dave Mustaine that originally appeared on the compilation album The Beavis and Butt-Head Experience and later on Megadeth's Hidden Treasures. The song was nominated for a Grammy Award in the category of Best Metal Performance, but lost to Soundgarden's "Spoonman". The song has been performed a total of 7 times, the last of which being at Osaka, Japan on May 22, 1995.
